Draft a contract from a template, send it out for digital signatures, and the signed copy files itself in documents and the letter register. Anyone holding it can check it is genuine with the code printed on it.
Drag the steps into place, add a condition (say, over 50 million needs the director), save, and it runs. Flows are drawn in standard BPMN, so your IT team can read them.

Official correspondence, company cars and visitor handling ship as regulation packs. When a regulation changes, the matching pack is updated.
Personal income tax and social, health and unemployment insurance follow current rules. Companies with their own policy can edit the formulas.
Import invoices from their XML file and get warned if one is claimed twice. For reimbursements, generate a VietQR code so accounting can pay by bank transfer.
Fonts, dates and amounts follow Vietnamese conventions. Foreign staff can switch to English.
