Laptops, projectors, furniture and software licences each get their own record with a full timeline. Handovers are confirmed by the person who receives them, and depreciation follows Vietnamese rules on its own. The year-end count is done by scanning QR tags with a phone.
Receive a batch of 20 laptops and each serial number becomes its own asset. Print a sheet of QR tags and stick them on. Anyone who finds a device and scans the tag sees the company name and a contact, and nothing else.
A new hire's kit is prepared from their job before day one. The employee confirms receipt in the app, and you can require an e-signed handover note. When someone leaves, the return list shows up on their HR offboarding case.
