Approvals

Everything you need to approve in one list, urgent items first

Leave requests, overtime, advances, contracts to sign and letters to handle all arrive in My Tasks. A department head approves straight from the list without opening each app. Before a business trip, they delegate approvals to a deputy for the days they are away.

  • One task list across all apps
  • Approve many requests at once
  • Delegation with start and end dates

One list of everything waiting on you

On Monday morning a department head opens My Tasks and sees everything waiting from HR, expenses, purchasing, correspondence and contracts. Items close to their deadline sit at the top. Deadlines count Vietnamese working days, so public holidays are not counted as late.

  • Tasks from every app in one list
  • Deadlines in working days
  • Items about to run late flagged first

Approve from the list, many at once

Approve or reject straight from the row, without opening each app. At month end, twenty overtime requests can be selected and approved together. A rejection needs a reason so the sender knows what to fix.

  • Approve or reject from the row
  • Select several and approve once
  • Rejections require a reason

Delegate while away, with an end date

Before a week of leave, the director picks a stand-in and a date range. The stand-in sees the tasks labelled as acting for the director, and the rights end on their own when the period is over. Digital signing can never be delegated this way.

  • Delegation for a date range
  • Clear record of who acted for whom
  • Digital signing cannot be delegated

See where your request is stuck

Staff open the Waiting on others tab to see who holds their request and for how long, and send a nudge if needed. Overdue steps move to a fallback approver on their own. Work sent to a whole team is claimed by one person so nobody does it twice.

  • See who holds a request and for how long
  • Overdue steps escalate to a fallback
  • Claim team work so it is not duplicated
Can I approve on my phone?

Yes. The Ziro Office app has a shared task inbox where approvers read the request and approve or reject it on the phone.

Are approval flows fixed?

Administrators create approval templates with steps, approvers by role or direct manager, and a deadline for each step. More complex flows with branches are drawn in the Processes app.

Is there a report on which units are slow?

Yes. The processing report by unit shows open tasks, overdue tasks and handling time for each department.
